The Tourist Association Pro Loco of Opi adheres to the initiative “Rabdomantica in Tour 2021.

It is an itinerant theatrical, narrative, historical, cultural, social and anthropological research project, in which the key element of human exchange takes place through stories narrated in presence that determine and enhance the concept of barter understood as an “exchange of life”, reception and integration of the foreigner in the original community.

The Association decided to join this ambitious project, to optimize in the best possible way (with positive effects on our territory), the result deriving from the initiative, with a written text, a show, a musical or perhaps a story to be personified. in the course of next summer 2022, especially on the occasion of the centenary celebrations of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise Park.

With In TOUR, you will travel on a journey in the inland areas of the Apennine Abruzzo, each stage will last one day / two, during which the “I Guastafeste” Association, with our collaboration, will find, through the method of interview, popular narratives about places, jobs, traditions, characters, cuisine, the past of the community.

At the end of the day, as a thank you and a ritual moment of theatrical return to the participants, there will be the staging of a peasant show written and interpreted by the actor and director Marco Valeri: “Story of Anna La Pazza” (17.00 at the Sala Council).
